Please arrive at 12:30 P.M.. on Friday to check-in in time for the workshop to begin at 1:00 PM. Either print your ticket or prepare your confirmation email with QR code on your mobile phone. We will scan them at the entrance, give you your name badge and wristband. Be sure to bring this name badge in order to gain entry on all days of the event and to gain re-entry if you go off-site during the event.
Before the event, WCLD's online community will get the change to submit their burning questions for this event's special guests. On Friday during dinner break, the dance hall will be cleared except for those who have purchased a pass for the Q & A session. You will have a chance to get food and bring it back to the hall in time before the questions begin. While everyone enjoys their food, a host will interview and question the choreographers, asking a selection from among the submitted questions. It is a great opportunity to have some up-close and personal time with our guests and get to know them better.
Wine Country Line Dance is in the process of negotiating discounts for hotels in the area. Be sure to join our email list of Facebook page for updates.
For this event, there is only one ticket option available, which gives access to all days -- even if you can only attend one or two.
Bottled water will be available on site for purchase. Complementary light refreshments will be served. There is a convenience store within walking distance of the venue and a variety of restaurants in a 5-mile radius.
A number of unique items, wine, and a cash prize will be raffled.
During the social dancing portion of the event, you may add your request to the DJ's list.
A 1-hour afternoon break for lunch and a 2-hour evening break for dinner are scheduled between the day's activities. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and eat on site, or leave to a nearby restaurant and then return to the event. Note: During the evening break, music will be playing in the dance hall for those who wish to begin social dancing early. On Friday, however, those who have not registered for the Q & A & Eat session will be asked to step outside of the hall for that hour.
Yes, you may leave the site while activities are in session. You will be provided with a name tag to prove your attendance was paid, and you will need that name tag to regain entry. Please wear your name tag at all times.
Yes, you can buy the ticket, even if you want someone else's name to be on the ticket. During checkout, you will be prompted to fill out the name of the person who will attend.
There will be plenty of free parking on site.
Yes, some items will be available for sale (merchandise, fans, shoe tubies, etc). Please bring cash or check for these items. This year Wine Country Line Dance has also prepared commemorative T-shirts for our 15th anniversary and will be made available for order online.
