Starting from 5:00, music will play during the evening break so guests can begin social dancing if they choose to do so
Please arrive at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday to check-in in time for the workshop to begin at 10:30 A.M. Either print your ticket or prepare your confirmation email with QR code on your mobile phone. We will scan them at the entrance and give you your name badge. Be sure to bring this name badge in order to gain entry on day 2, Sunday, and to gain re-entry if you go off-site during the event.
Scott Blevins has choreographed over 160 dances and has taught all over the world. He is known as an award-winning choreographer and a highly knowledgable dance instructor. Among his awards are the prestigious UCWDC Star Award for Favorite Line Dance Choreographer, Crystal Boot Awards for International Choreographer of the Year and Dancer's Choice Aware from the Vegas Dance Explosion. Scott was inducted into the Linedancer Magazine Hall Of Fame in 2007. A few of his most popular dances are “Have Fun, Go Mad”, “Drive Me Wild,” "Cha Cha Tonight," "Break Free Cha," "Feed the Fetish," "Feel" and "Coochie Bang Bang."
Kat Painter is an instructor, award-winning choreographer, and dance competitor with over 20 years of experience. Based out of Sacramento, CA, she is the head instructor at Stoney’s Rockin' Rodeo and has 25 dances credited to her name. Her background also includes Swing, Modern, Ballet and Ballroom Dancing.

For this event, there is only one ticket option available, which gives access to both days -- even if you can only attend one of two.
Bottled water will be available on site for purchase. Complementary light refreshments will be served. If you wish to go out for food deli and tavern is located across the street, and several additional restaurants are 5-7 blocks from the venue in downtown Petaluma.
A number of unique items, wine, and a cash prize will be raffled. Be sure to bring cash to purchase your raffle tickets.
During the social dancing portion of the event, you may add your request to the DJ's list.
A 1-hour afternoon break for lunch and a 2-hour evening break for dinner are scheduled between the day's activities. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and eat on site, or leave to a nearby restaurant and then return to the event. Note: During the evening break, music will be playing in the dance hall for those who wish to begin social dancing early.
Yes, you may leave the site while activities are in session. You will be provided with a name tag to prove your attendance was paid, and you will need that name tag to regain entry. Please wear your name tag at all times.

Yes, you can buy the ticket, even if you want someone else's name to be on the ticket. During checkout, you will be prompted to fill out the name of the person who will attend.
There will be adequate free parking at the hall, and plenty of nearby residential parking for any overflow.
Yes, some items will be available for sale (merchandise, fans, shoe tubies, etc). Please bring cash or check for these items.
As with all WCLD events, no refunds are available. However you are able to transfer your ticket by private arrangement to another person who wishes to attend. Please contact the manager, Dolly, to inform her if you have made such arrangements.
